An international festival "Teatralny Kufar" is the only in Belarus and the largest in Eastern Europe Youth Forum, which annually brings together about 20 student theatres from around the world. This year actors from Belgium, Greece, Georgia, Iran, Spain, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine and Estonia will get together at the Festival in Minsk.
