The Hi-Tech Park, created in 2005, is known as the leading IT cluster of Central and Eastern Europe, It offers the best conditions for setting up and developing business.

The Decree No. 8 “On the Development of the Digital Economy” signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus in December 2017 created favorable conditions and gave a boost to further growth and development of the Hi-Tech Park. This Decree was highly praised by the experts all around the globe and was named a “breakthrough” in the world of IT.

Hi-Tech Park provides its’ residents with minimal taxes, instruments of the so called “English law”, possibility of free movement of capital, transparent regulations for block chain and crypto currency, as well as a lot of other benefits.

HTP resident companies may operate within 37 types of activities: from advanced solutions in the sphere of AI to the development of top-level software, engineering solutions, games and mobile applications, IT for healthcare, agriculture, fintech, banking software, laser technologies, optics.

HTP exports exceed $ 2 billion annually. The number of residents is also growing: today the Hi-Tech Park unites about a thousand companies with more than 67 thousand employees. HTP contributes to the development of the Belarusian regions. The legal regime of the Hi-Tech Park operates throughout the territory of Belarus, therefore a resident can be registered and operate anywhere in the country. Today more than 80 companies and over 4 thousand people work outside Minsk.

More than 40% of HTP residents are enterprises with foreign capital. More than 100 companies are R&D centers for international corporations.
