Ambassador of Belarus Uladzimir Baravikou attends a ceremony on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Geneva Accords on the cessation of hostilities in Vietnam

On April 25, 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou took part in a solemn ceremony on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Geneva Accords on the cessation of hostilities in Vietnam (July 21, 1954 — July 21, 2024), which was held at the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The ceremony was attended by former and acting leaders of the Communist Party and the Vietnamese state, representatives of the leadership of Vietnamese ministries and departments, and the diplomatic corps.

On the sidelines of the event, Ambassador Uladzimir Baravikou had a brief exchange of views on some aspects of the international and bilateral agenda with a number of high-ranking representatives of Vietnamese government agencies, as well as heads of the diplomatic missions.
