On strengthening cooperation in forensic activities

As part of a working visit to Vietnam, the Chairman of the State Committee for Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus, Alexey Volkov, at the head of the Belarusian delegation, held a meeting with the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam To Lam on November 28, 2023.

The focus was on strengthening cooperation in the field of methodological support for forensic activities, conducting visits, joint events, including training exercises, exchange of experience, training and advanced training of specialists, and preparation of joint research projects.

The heads of delegations discussed promising areas for further cooperation and outlined a work plan for the next year.

On the same day, a meeting was held between the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee, Alexei Volkov, and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Le Minh Khai.

During the negotiations, the parties expressed interest in expanding economic cooperation. Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam Le Minh Khai listed trade, interaction in the field of science and technology, as well as in the law enforcement sphere as areas with great potential for development.
