Embassy of Belarus participates in the events to mark the Lunar New Year 2025

On 16 January 2025, a reception was held on behalf of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Le Thi Thu Hang for the diplomatic corps and foreign media offices on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 with the participation of an Embassy representative.

In her speech, the Deputy Foreign Minister noted Vietnam's significant achievements in socio-economic development and focus on continuing the positive dynamics. She emphasized the importance of ties with foreign partners. The aspiration for active international co-operation in the new year was reaffirmed.

During the event there were contacts with representatives of diplomatic missions of a number of foreign states, central, regional local and foreign mass media.

Present were guests of honour Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, women leaders of Vietnamese authorities, public organisations and enterprises, and diplomatic missions.

The program comprised creative performances by Vietnamese artists, a visit to a flower alley, a display of handicrafts and a photo exhibition featuring Vietnam's landmarks.
