On the visit by Ambassador of Belarus U.Baravikou to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hanoi

On September 28, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Uladzimir Baravikou, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where he signed the Book of Condolences, which had been opened following the deaths of Kazakhstani servicemen in the Caspian Sea on September 25 whilst carrying out their duties.

On behalf of the staff of the Belarusian Embassy in Vietnam and personally, the head of the diplomatic mission expressed his deepest condolences and conveyed words of sincere support to their families, loved ones and colleagues.
