Ambassador Uladzimir Baravikou participates in a solemn ceremony

On August 18, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou together with the heads of the diplomatic missions accredited in Hanoi laid wreaths at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Fallen Heroes Monument in Hanoi to mark the 80th anniversary of independence of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's diplomatic service.

In her speech, Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang emphasized the importance of enhancing international cooperation and contribution of foreign partners to Vietnam's socio-economic development, increasing its role and authority in the region and the world, and strengthening international security.
