The Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus’ tour in Vietnam

On 7–8 May 2026, the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus successfully performed in Hanoi, in a tour organised with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

At the Ho Guom Opera House, Belarusian performers, accompanied by an orchestra, presented a spectacular concert program entitled ‘Bella Belarus: Opera and Ballet’, featuring over 20 works from the world of opera and ballet.

During a meeting between Ekaterina Dulova, Director General of the Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus, and Nguyen Cong Bay, Director of the Ho Guom Opera Theatre and People’s Artist of Vietnam, both parties confirmed their mutual interest in strengthening cooperation in the cultural sphere. The agreements reached were formalised in a Memorandum of Cooperation.
