Ambassador of Belarus Uladzimir Baravikou takes part in a briefing

On July 11, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou took part in a briefing on preparation and organization of a ceremony of signing of the UN Convention against Cybercrime scheduled for 25-26 October 2025 in Hanoi.

The briefing was organized by the UNDP Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam. Present were representatives of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (online), heads and staff of diplomatic missions, media.

Information was provided about the program of the ceremony, as well as planned side events, including conferences, seminars and workshops on combating cybercrime. A special focus was on arranging participation of leaders and high-level representatives of the states planning to sign the Convention.
