Ambassador Uladzimir Baravikou participates in the activities of the visit to Vietnam by Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov

On August 17, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou took part in the activities of the visit by Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov to Vietnam.

Ivan Kubrakov and Vietnamese Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang at their meeting emphasized the traditionally friendly and trusting nature of interaction between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries, discussed priority issues of interdepartmental cooperation, outlined plans and a schedule of activities for the near future.

At a solemn meeting on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Day of the People's Public Security Forces, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam presented the Ministry of Public Security with the Gold Star Medal, noting the merits of the public security forces in ensuring law and order in the country and developing mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners.
