Ambassador of Belarus Uladzimir Baravikou joins the contacts between the “Belaya Rus” Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam

On April 28, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou took part in a meeting between the Chair of the Belarusian Party “Belaya Rus” Olga Chemodanova and a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu, held via videoconference.

In his brief welcoming remarks, the Belarusian Ambassador noted the positive dynamics of Belarusian-Vietnamese relations at the new stage of strategic partnership. He emphasized the importance of implementing the agreements reached at the highest and senior levels in political, trade and economic, scientific and technical, and humanitarian spheres.

Underscored was the importance of intensifying the inter-party cooperation as a key tool for developing the interstate ties and “people-to-people diplomacy.”
