Children’s Day celebration at the Embassy

On May 31, 2026, as part of the “Belarusian School in Hanoi” project, diplomats from the Belarusian Embassy in Vietnam for the first time held a celebration to mark International Children’s Day (1 June). For the young guests – children from the Belarusian diaspora in Hanoi, as well as Vietnamese friends and partners – a video about the history of the holiday was shown, and a festive face-painting session, a family tea party with parents, and a balloon release were organized.

As part of the event, the diplomats also acquainted Vietnamese children with Belarus, its culture and traditions. Every child had a wonderful time and took home some lovely memories, while every adult was reminded of their own childhood.
