Ambassador of Belarus Ul.Baravikou participates in the P4G Summit
16.04.2025On 16 April 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou took part in the Partnership for Green Growth and Global Goals 2030 (P4G) Summit held for the first time in Hanoi, Vietnam.
In their welcoming speeches, Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh and Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, Prime Minister of Laos Sonsay Siphandone, Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed Ali, and other high-level participants emphasised the importance of multilateral approaches to addressing environmental challenges, introducing new technologies and standards, and developing global climate enterprises for green transformation.
The event gathered about 600 representatives from more than 40 countries and international organisations, including P4G member and partner countries, invited guests, investment funds, research institutes, enterprises, expert and analytical community, and diplomatic corps.
On the margins of the events, the Ambassador of Belarus had a brief exchange of views on the bilateral and multilateral agenda with a number of high-ranking representatives of Vietnamese government agencies and heads of diplomatic missions.
