Ambassador Uladzimir Baravikou meets with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar Than Swe

On March 28, 2025, on a working visit to Myanmar Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Uladzimir Baravikou met with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar Than Swe.

The talks were held outside the Myanmar Foreign Ministry for security reasons due to the earthquake in Nay Pyi Taw.

The sides reaffirmed the importance of implementing the agreements reached between the leaders of the two countries during the official visit of the Chairman of the State Administrative Council, Prime Minister of Myanmar Senior General Min Aung Hlaing to Belarus on March 6-7, 2025. The sides discussed concrete steps for their implementation in the short and mid-term perspective. Special attention was paid to the fulfillment of joint projects in the trade and economic sphere.
