Ambassador Ul.Baravikou meets the leadership of Vietnam

On December 17, 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Uladzimir Baravikou took part in the meeting of Viktor Khrenin, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, with President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong.

During the discussions, the parties considered topical issues of the dialogue between the two countries with an emphasis on the military-political component of cooperation.

The same day, with the participation of Ambassador Ul.Baravikou, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Khrenin met with Minister of National Defense of Vietnam Phan Van Giang. The discussion of joint working plans for 2025 was held and the relevant Protocol was signed.

On the eve of the meetings, Ambassador of Belarus together with the head of the Belarusian Defense Ministry paid tribute to the memory by laying a wreath at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Monument to Fallen Heroes.

An official visit of Viktor Khrenin, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, is taking place in Vietnam on December 17-19, 2024.
