On the visit of Ambassador U.Baravikou to Lao Cai province of Vietnam

On August 31, 2025, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Uladzimir Baravikou visited Lao Cai province, where he participated in a meeting between Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Sergeyenko and Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Lao Cai Province Trinh Xuan Truong. The sides exchanged views on the current and future cooperation of the two countries in various fields at the regional level.

On the same day, Ambassador of Belarus took part in the ceremonial handover of BELAZ dump trucks to Apatit Vietnam company. Negotiations on the development of cooperation between Vietnamese organizations and Belarusian enterprises in the mining industry were held on the sidelines of the event.
