Working visit of the Ambassador of Belarus, U.Baravikou, to Cambodia

On August 27–28, 2026, in Phnom Penh (Kingdom of Cambodia), Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus, held a series of bilateral meetings.

During talks with Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the parties engaged in a constructive exchange of views on current international and regional agenda issues. The implementation of bilateral agreements war reviewed and the schedule for inter-foreign ministry contacts was agreed on.

Preparations for the 5th meeting of the Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation were discussed with Tekreth Kamrang, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Co-Chair of the Joint Belarusian-Cambodian Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.

At the meeting with Vong Sauth, Vice President of the National Assembly of Cambodia and Chair of the Cambodia-Belarus Parliamentary Friendship Group, the parties discussed strengthening inter-parliamentary dialogue and expanding inter-party contacts.
